Leh, April 16, 2026: The General Administration Department (GAD), UT Ladakh, held an interactive session with Shashi Ranjan Kumar, Secretary of the Union Public Service Commission, to deliberate on recruitment rules and promotion frameworks.
The meeting focused on streamlining administrative procedures and enhancing transparency and efficiency in personnel management within the Union Territory.
Kumar highlighted the importance of clearly defined recruitment policies and fair promotion mechanisms in strengthening governance and institutional effectiveness.
The session was attended by senior officials of the GAD, including administrative secretaries and section officers, and concluded with discussions aimed at improving coordination and implementation of кадров policies.
