Kargil, April 15: Administrative Secretary, Law, Qureshi Tariq Mehmood, chaired a review meeting with Associate Law Officers to assess pending cases across departments of the UT Administration.
The meeting focused on matters pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench.
Emphasising timely legal action and effective representation, the Secretary directed officers to ensure regular filing of replies and pleadings and strict monitoring of court orders.
He stressed that no court direction should be missed and called for due diligence in ensuring compliance, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to strengthening the legal framework and efficient litigation management.
