Leh, February 19: Several delegations called on Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta at the LG Secretariat, raising issues related to employment, development and tourism.
Member of Parliament Mohmad Haneefa Jan discussed key regional concerns, while delegations from Nubra, Zanskar, Bogdang and Turtuk highlighted development challenges in their respective areas.
The Lt Governor assured timely intervention and stressed Ladakh’s vast tourism potential, particularly in Nubra and Changthang. He said the Administration is exploring new destinations to boost the rural economy and livelihoods.
