Kargil, Feb 9:
The AN-32 Kargil Courier Service resumed winter operations, providing crucial air connectivity during the harsh season.
On the first day, 29 passengers were airlifted from Kargil to Srinagar and 53 from Srinagar to Kargil, including patients, students and elderly travellers.
