Leh: In response to multiple requests from employees, the General Administration Department (GAD), Ladakh, has decided to reopen the PRS Portal for the submission of Annual Property Returns (APR) for the year 2024.
As per Circular No. 02-LA(GAD) of 2025, dated 03.01.2025, the last date for submitting the APR was February 15, 2025. However, many employees were unable to meet the deadline and requested an extension. Taking these requests into consideration, the GAD, Ladakh, has issued Circular No. 06-LA(GAD) of 2025, dated 05.03.2025, announcing a final opportunity for defaulting employees to submit their APR.
The PRS Portal (https://ehrmsladakh.in) will be accessible from March 10 to March 20, 2025, for employees to complete their submissions. The GAD has strictly stated that no further extensions will be granted, and any employee failing to submit their APR within this period will bear full responsibility for non-compliance.
The circular, issued under the authority of Michael M. D’ Souza (IAS), Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department, UT of Ladakh, has been circulated to all Administrative Secretaries, Police Department, Deputy Commissioners, HODs, and other relevant officials for necessary action and wide dissemination through media channels.
