Leh, February 28 : Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, chaired a meeting at the conference hall of LAHDC, Leh, to review the supply of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) for the Power Development Department (PDD).
The meeting was attended by Director Finance, Dr. Safdar Ali; Chief Engineer PDD Leh, Tsewang Paljor; Superintending Engineer PDD Leh, Tundup Spalzang; and Executive Engineer PDD, Rinchen Wangmo. Indian Oil officials, including Khalid Malik (DGM Institutional Business, Jammu Divisional Office), Mumjaz Hussain (Manager Sales, Leh), and Harish Reddy (Depot Manager, Leh), participated virtually.
Discussions centered on ensuring a consistent supply of diesel for power generation in areas dependent on diesel generators in Leh district. CEC Tashi Gyalson stressed the importance of maintaining an uninterrupted fuel supply to ensure a steady electricity supply for the people, particularly in remote and off-grid regions.
