Leh: Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra attended the annual Leh Dosmochey Festival and witnessed the sacred mask dance near Leh Palace.
Organised by the Leh Phu-Dho Cultural and Welfare Society, the festival featured traditional Chams performed by monks, symbolising the triumph of good over evil and invoking blessings for peace and prosperity.
The Chief Secretary appreciated efforts to preserve Ladakh’s rich cultural heritage and lauded the organisers for promoting living traditions.
