Leh, Feb 9:
The Rural Development Department concluded a state-level RGSA capacity-building programme in Leh aimed at improving implementation of rural schemes.
The training was planned and monitored by State Project Manager Bilal Ahmad Mir and the RGSA Leh team, who ensured participant tracking through the Training Management Portal.
Officials said the initiative would enhance transparency and efficiency in rural development works across Ladakh.
