Drass, August 7, 2025: Government Degree College Drass organized a series of activities under the nationwide ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign with the objective of instilling patriotism among students and spreading awareness about the importance of the National Flag.
The event was coordinated by Sajad Hussain, Assistant Professor of Environmental Science and NSS/NCC Officer, under the supervision and guidance of the Principal, Nasirul Mehdi Shabani.
Students and staff participated in the program, and a Tiranga awareness gathering was organised in the morning assembly and urged everyone to hoist the national flag with pride from August 13–15, 2025 at their homes, reaffirming their commitment to the unity and integrity of the nation.
An awareness session conducted within college campus to promote the message of the campaign. The entire program reflected the college’s collective enthusiasm in celebrating the spirit of freedom and the symbolic importance of the Tiranga in India’s national identity.
