Leh: A delegation from Kargyam village, led by nominated Sanga Councillor, Ven. Konchok Tsepal, along with Venerable Monks Ven. Stanzin Namgyal and Ven. Sonam Paljor, called on Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson and Hon’ble Deputy Chairman Shri Tsering Angchuk.
The delegation expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble CEC and Dy. Chairman for the overall development works carried out in and around the revered Kargyam Monastery. They also thanked them for their generous support in extending land in favour of the monastery, which they said would greatly support the preservation and future growth of the monastic institution. The delegation presented H’CEC and Hon’ble Dy. Chairman with a memento of appreciation.
Hon’ble CEC Tashi Gyalson welcomed the delegation and appreciated their kind words. He reaffirmed the Hill Council’s commitment to inclusive development and assured continued support to Kargyam village in the times to come.
