Kargil: Director of School Education Ladakh, Tsering Paldan (JKAS), chaired a key review meeting with Deputy CEO, ZEO, Principals, and Headmasters of the Zanskar Zone to assess progress and fund utilization under Samagra Shiksha and other Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).
The meeting aimed to identify gaps in the implementation of approved works and highlight delays in fund usage. Director Paldan urged school heads to address bottlenecks promptly and ensure timely, impactful execution of projects on the ground.
He stressed the importance of judicious spending, proper planning, and aligning school-level initiatives with broader educational goals. Officials were directed to accelerate project execution and translate schemes into real outcomes for students.
