A review meeting chaired by CEC Adv. Tashi Gyalson was held to assess progress on the proposed four-lane road project from Guphuks to Upshi, with a focus on environmentally responsible muck disposal.
Concerned over potential environmental impact, CEC directed the Revenue Department to conduct an on-spot survey of dumping sites. He emphasized balancing development with ecological and community interests.
Officials from BRO, Revenue, and engineering departments attended the meeting and assured cooperation for timely project execution.
