PRAYAGRAJ, Jan 30: The National Institute of Sowa-Rigpa, Leh, has commenced a 15-day Sowa-Rigpa Free Medical Camp and Exhibition at the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, starting from January 28.
