Drass: Government Degree College (GDC) Drass organized a felicitation ceremony today to celebrate the success of its outgoing 6th semester students who have qualified in the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). Three students were honored during the event—two from the Department of Botany and one from the Department of Zoology.
The event was held under the leadership of the college principal, Dr. Amjad Ali Abassi, who extended warm congratulations to the successful candidates. In his address, Dr. Abassi commended the students for their dedication and perseverance, urging them to remain committed to academic excellence. He underscored the significance of hard work and resilience in achieving long-term success.
The ceremony also reflected GDC Drass’s ongoing commitment to fostering academic potential and preparing students for competitive platforms at the national level.
Faculty members from both the Botany and Zoology departments expressed pride in their students’ accomplishments and wished them continued success in their future academic journeys. The event was coordinated by Dr. Imtiyaz Ali, Assistant Professor, Department of Botany.
